TSA: Two Steps Behind

When I see and read about the enhanced security measures that are being put into place at airports nationwide, one thought comes to mind: If I were a terrorist, what would I do to thwart these measures and humiliate TSA/Homeland Security? First of all, I would NOT try to repeat a 9/11 type of attack. Why? Because that is precisely what the U.S. security infrastructure is trying to prevent. They are building a big wall between the world and the aircraft. This assumes that the aircraft are either the targets or the delivery mechanisms for distant targets. What if the bad guys changed their targets from the aircraft to the people? The bottleneck created by the enhanced security, particularly if travelers boycott the "naked x-ray" machines, sets up an inviting opportunity for Al Qaeda planners.

A dozen bombers armed with explosive laden backpacks enter the TSA screening lines at airports nationwide. Once they are in the middle of the crowd, they detonate their bombs; maiming or killing everyone within the blast radius. Their body count is not as signficant as the 9-11 attack, but the horror is even greater. This time they attack Main Street and not Wall Street. They wipe out families, college kids heading home, grandparents, it's awful. No one feels safe traveling afterward. The government grossly overreacts in an effort to stabilize the situation and to restore confidence in a shaken populace.

And the terrorist planners disappear into the darkness, protected by the laws of the country they call "The Great Satan".

Suck It Up and Ruck On

How do you tell some one to “Suck it up and ruck on” when they have no  understanding what that really means or the definition of the terms?

First you have to understand “Suck” is a noun. It is quite literally the thing that separates the men from the boys. It is not until you know suck that you can truly understand the subtle difference between hurt and injured, pain vs. anguish, intestinal fortitude vs. pride. Everybody has their own personnel level of suck that they can endure. Suck is a measure of a man that can not be defined for that individual with out experiencing it. In other words if you are relying on this definition to find the meaning of suck you will never truly understand suck. I use the word man here subjectively just as in mankind, or human. There are many women out there who know the true meaning of suck (no pun or sexual innuendo intended here). I have met many women who can endure just as much if not more than any man.

Ruck- for those that don’t know this is the backpack that you carry around in the military. Used here however it refers to your load, or burden you must shoulder. There is no greater humiliation than to have someone shoulder your load for you.
So if someone tells you to “ Suck it up and ruck on” you’ll know that they don’t think you have reached your limit, and that your whining because your are being mentally weak. But they are also challenging, and telling you to prove them wrong.
So all I have to say to all you whining little “the worlds not fair” people “Suck it up and ruck on!” ...

More idiocy from the American media.

American television commentators are now wringing their hands over whether or not Israel's incursion into Gaza is a proportionate response to the rocket attacks on her cities by Hamas. Of course it's not proportionate you morons, it's not intended to be! Israel's goal is twofold. One, it is to disable Hamas' ability to attack, at least for a while. Two, it is to send an unmistakable message to the Palestinians that there will be a severe price to pay for attacking Israel. That's it.

Peaceful negotiations do not work with terrorists. How many innocent lives must be lost before the leftists of the world recognize this fact?
